Les Zygomates Sommelier, Geoffrey Fallon, commitment and passion to introducing people to eclectic wines with food is the driving force behind their weekly "Tuesday Night Tastings." Come check out what others have labeled the “best selection” in the area. Fallon will be offer guests four wines paired with four delicious small plates all while guiding the group through the pleasure of food and wine pairing. A cooking demonstration by chef Connal McCullough rounds out the evening.

Every Tuesday, Miel 'Brasserie Provencale' will feature tastings of four (4) different wines, champagnes or cognacs along with four different versions of the respective food with which each beverage is paired. Paul Segesdi, Miel's wine expert, will introduce four different wines every week. He pairs the flavors, aromas and general characteristics of the selected wines with four different French cheeses, charcuterie, chocolate and desserts respectively.
