2008 has been a year for change at 33 Restaurant & Lounge. As if celebrating six years of award-winning service wasn't enough, we have revamped our interior and introduced a brand new contemporary American menu. Formerly of UpStairs on the Square and currently Executive Chef of our sister venue, STIX Restaurant & Lounge, Peter T. Eco is now the Executive Chef of 33 Restaurant & Lounge. Executive Chef Eco personally challenges himself to be knowledgeable not only of the food arts but of all aspects of culinary operation. This top-to-bottom understanding helps him create a calm, focused kitchen of food enthusiasts whose attention to detail helps him create award-winning cuisine. This dedication pervades not only his menus, but the entire restaurant, resulting in impressive presentation from your greeting at the door to the food on your plate.

Using the best locally grown produce, freshly caught
seafood and choice cuts of meat, dishes don flavorful sauces that complement each ingredient perfectly. To complete the unforgettable experience, an award winning 33 Cocktail Menu temps all from the suit clad, after-work crowd to the late night bar and dining scene.
