Bonfire, a Todd English Steakhouse, is located in the Park Plaza Hotel. Reflecting Todd English's unique style, the cuisine centers upon the open kitchen with a firewall where the cooking becomes the entertainment. Rotating swords roast the Southwest themed cuts of beef and smoked meats. The prime steaks are cooked over apple and maple wood grills. Balancing this, there is a separate Tacquería where creative taco platters are prepared. Bonfire features an award winning wine list from South America, Spain and California, as well as over fifty different tequilas and mescals. A light South American theme is ever present throughout the restaurant with its rich colors, plush furnishings and soft seductive atmosphere.

Bonfire's private dining room, The Wine Room, provides a stately yet comfortable atmosphere. The grand wood dining table surrounded by the exposed wine bootles exude a feeling of power and exclusivity - the perfect enviornment for a business meeting, formal celebration or a casual get-together.
