This new urban brasserie, located on Newbury Street, serves authentic French brasserie cuisine in a lovely, upbeat and beautifully redesigned setting. Tim Partridge, former chef/owner of Perdix, serves as Executive Chef, with an expert team of experienced restaurant professionals. The cuisine is savory, approachable, and made with only the finest and freshest ingredients including high-quality meats, seafood and vegetables. Seafood lovers will enjoy an irresistible "on ice" raw bar featuring the freshest iced littlenecks, oysters, shrimp cocktail and chilled lobster. Bouchée captures the essence of a true Parisian brasserie with large mirrors, softly glazed walls with mahogany trim, leather backed chairs and booths detailed with nail-head trim, and beautiful imported mosaic tiles throughout the restaurant.
