Like the World War I aerial squadron that inspired its name, Cafe Escadrille has built a reputation for spirited celebrations of food and drink. Since 1973 this Burlington landmark, located off Route 128 at exit 33A, has been "the fine Boston restaurant that's not in Boston," offering unforgettable continental fare in a romantic setting with attentive service and meticulous hospitality.

Guests enjoy a choice of three unique dining experiences: timeless French cuisine prepared tableside in the plush and luxurious Gourmet Room, modern continental and American favorites in the Greenhouse Cafe, or lighter fare from 4:00 pm until midnight. But the one common ingredient is unyielding quality at a restaurant famous for "prime rib that's always Certified Black Angus, fresh seafood that's delivered daily,
and lobster that's never less than three pounds."
