Sauciety is a modern American grill with a culinary twist that features regional ingredients and a focus on unique and flavorful sauces, spreads, dips and chutneys. Dinner at Sauciety begins with a selection of freshly baked breads accompanied by several signature spreads. The dinner menu features a selection of meats and fish that are grilled, pan-roasted or broiled. Guests choose a meat or seafood then select two sauces to accompany their entree. The sauce section of the menu features nearly 15 unique sauces arranged based on flavor profiles from mild (vanilla bean beurre blanc), to bold (morel and bleu cheese fondue), to spicy (jamaican jerk spice demi-glace). The dinner menu at Sauciety also features a signature appetizer - skewers of grilled beef, chicken, shrimp or vegetables served with chimichurri and romesco sauces.

During lunch the concept is presented in a slightly different manner. Focusing more on American favorite sandwiches and "big bowl" salads, the sauce component is highlighted with the restaurant's signature sea-salted french fries served with a variety of dipping sauces.
