In January 2007, when Taj Boston opened in the 1927 landmark building at the corner of fashionable Newbury Street and the Public Garden, The Bar took on a lively flair and was filled
with music.

A pianist plays at the baby grand piano in the evenings, and a trio is there on Fridays from 9 pm to midnight. The stage is set for unforgettable moments...the music, the ambiance, the cocktails, the guests. Begin an evening here with a signature martini or savor a late-night cocktail and a selection from the light-dining menu.
