606 Congress, designed by Washington D.C.-based Adamstein & Demetriou, takes inspiration from the nearby waterfront with elegant aquatic themes, polished dark wood, natural and organic tones and fabrics, and spacious booths.
Striking architectural elements include vaulted ceilings, an exhibition kitchen, communal chef's table and decorative floor-to-ceiling wine racks.
