Chef Mehmet Ozargun has been part of family-owned Cafe Mangal since 2000. Following in the
footsteps of his family, involved in food service and hospitality in their native Turkey since the 1800s, Mehmet has worked in several of Turkey's top kitchens and was trained locally by J. Vyhnanek,
formerly of the Ritz Carlton, Boston and a culinary instructor at Boston University.
